Can I pledge $1 and still get access to the pledge manager?

Roxley is subsidizing game and shipping prices specifically for our supporters who pledge for a full game during the Kickstarter. If you pledge for less than the value of one game, you will not receive a survey link automatically. (You will still be able to Preorder the game at post-campaign pricing).

Will we be able to add on other Roxley products in the pledge manager?

Yes! However, we are not able to split shipments, so they will arrive at the same time as Radlands. To get them now, order from roxley.com, dicethrone.com, or https://iron-clays-and-spades.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders .

Help! I can't figure out how to upgrade to the Super Deluxe and get the Hazmats!

It should be there as an option on the page after “Manage Your Pledge”. (But don’t panic if you can’t figure it out; it will also be an option in the pledge manager.)

Will the box accommodate card sleeves?

We do not expect card sleeves to be necessary for Radlands. Given the quality and durability of the synth cards, we are not expecting many backers to want to use sleeves after playing a game or two with them.

Can I order more than one?

Absolutely! Increase your pledge using Manage My Pledge. The total shipping will be calculated in the pledge manager, and you will specify in your survey there how many copies of the game (and which versions) you are ordering. You can also add more in then too.

Will there be any Stretch Goals?

No. Everything is pre-included, pre-unlocked, and pre-deluxified :)

There will however be some content reveals throughout the campaign.

My country isn't listed in the Shipping Zones. Can I still pledge?

Unfortunately, no. If your country isn’t listed, it’s because we have had trouble in the past delivering games to your area, due to customs problems, month-long delays, damaged parcels, missing or returned packages, and/or exorbitant pricing. We apologize or the inconvenience - we’d love to have your support in the future if we find better shipping solutions, but we don’t want to take your money now, and then not give you the same service and product that everyone else paid for.

(One possible exception is if you use a freight forwarder that has an address in a country we can deliver to, but delivery from that forwarder would be your own responsibility.)

Will this be published in other languages?

Our plan is definitely to do so, but it will not be in 2021. Roxley has several partnerships already in place for localized versions of Brass and other games, and we will be moving forward with our other games next, but we are not currently in a position to announce dates or languages for any given game.

If I am in the UK / EU / Europe outside the EU, where does this ship from? Will I have to pay VAT?

The short answer is, taxes have been factored into the estimated shipping charges near the bottom of the main campaign page. (For full details, see the small print there).

We have fulfillment centers within the UK and the EU. (For European countries outside the EU, we are currently fulfilling from the EU, but this may change to the UK or China if we can get you a better deal.)

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
